Card Declines
If
your credit card has been declined it may be for a variety of reasons.
Check to ensure the information is entered correctly, the name and address
entered must match what the credit card company has listed on file and
you must have an available balance equal to the purchase amount. If you
still experience problems you may want to use an alternative payment method.
Backorders
You will be notified by E-Mail if the products you ordered are on backorder.
If you do not wish to wait for a backordered item, we will cancel the
order and refund the balance.
Shipping
All
orders will be shipped using UPS ground services. Allow 1-2 weeks for
delivery from the order date. At this time we only ship within the United
States. All Hawaii orders may be charged additional shipping charges .
Pricing
All
prices quoted are in U.S. currency. Merchandise and prices on our website
are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at the time of
your order will apply.
Taxes
All
orders with a California shipping address are subject to a 8.75% sales
tax.
Return
Policy
All merchandise is hand made and not mass produced. Slight imperfections
in wood grains and workmanship are normal and not consideration for returns
and warranties.
All
sales are final on non-defective merchandise. This is merchandise that
is not defective, not damaged, or was not received in error.
All
claims for defective or damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier
within 10 days of the invoice date. For returns on defective merchandise,
please send E-mail with Your Name, Phone Number, Invoice Number and Description
of defects to clubs@bycharltonhealer.com, and we will contact you with
return shipping instructions. Once we receive the returned defective merchandise,
you will be shipped a replacement product.
Some
returns may be subject to a handling fee, to be determined by a representative.
Buyer pays for the cost of return shipping. Customer credit will be issued
upon return and inspection of the merchandise. Products must be in brand
new condition in order to receive a refund.
Before
returning any merchandise, you must email for a return address and authorization
number. Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
Payment
Methods
Currently
the website payment methods are Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover
and Visa and Mastercard Checkcards (not pin based debit cards). We also
accept check, money orders and certified checks through mail-in orders,
please call our office for correct total.
Quantity
Discounts
Large quantity discounts are available on some merchandise on a per order
basis. Please contact us by E-Mail to inquire about discounts.
